Meet and Greet
We would be there to welcome your guests on their arrival to your property, hand over the keys and show them their accommodation. Ensuring they were familiar with the appliances, locks, alarms etc.
We would act as an emergency contact number for your guests.
Welcome Pack
Have you ever wished that somebody could buy your basic groceries for you for when you arrive at your holiday villa / apartment ? we can do just that. We can place food packs in your home if you are arriving late and the supermarkets are closed for you and your clients.
We recommend a welcome pack for late arrivals
We will require 48hrs notice for this service.
Option 1 - 15€:
Milk,coffee,tea bags,sugar water, bread, butter, jam,orange juice .
Option 2 - 25€:
All of the above plus: bottle wine ,crisps ham,cheese.
Option 3 - 25€:
Bowl of fruit,chocolates and a bottle of wine.
General Property Maintenance
Experience and Qualified Tradesmen will attend your Property for any of your
General Maintenance Needs.
In the Event of an Emergancy JCS can be Contacted on our Emergency Line 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
we would contact you first by phone, to wait your instruction before ordering any works.
Where Specialist Expertise is Needed, A Member of staff will allow access and supervise locally sourced approved technicians.
Electricians:
We have a staff who perform all of our Electrical Installation and Maintenance work.
Plumbers:
Trained in all aspects of water supplies and repairs, Solar panels and Heat Pumps.
General Maintenance and Building Work:
Carried out by experienced Tradesmen

Equipment Hire
We have a [Z] Beds, Fan’s, and Portable air conditioning units available
If you have young children staying they would appreciate been able to hire a high chair or travel cot. We would make that available to them at the start of their holiday. To avoid disappointment we would require 4 weeks notice
A wheelchair can be hired for your guests with mobility problems. Again that would be available for the start of their holiday. We would need minimum of 4 weeks notice.
