We would be there to welcome your guests on their arrival to your property, hand over the keys and show them their accommodation. Ensuring they were familiar with the appliances, locks, alarms etc.
We would act as an emergency contact number for your guests.
Require a caretaker,
changeover cleaning,
laundry,
keyholding
general mantenance.

We can also recommend local contractors and if necessary check the security of your property regularly for you.
